High Rise Hose Pack aka Apartment Pack Hemet FD Style
The high rise hose pack was designed to have structure. There is a support panel down each side that keeps the bag in position while loading and carrying. Mil-spec seat belt material and heavy "D" rings allow for heavy loads. Some fire departments refer to them as the red and blue pack. Red's are primary and blue's are backup.
