SHIPPING, RETURN and REPAIR POLICY
Ruffian Specialties currently only ships in the United States for web orders. We do offer some international shipping but you must contact us directly. We have also had some customers use freight forwarding services with great success.
Ruffian Specialties will ship primarly using US Postal Service for small or light weight packages or UPS Ground for larger orders. We make the decision based on rates, delivery date reliability, and tracking capabilities. For other shipping options call 951-487-0909. All shipping charges are based UPS rate tables.
If the products you ordered are in stock, your order will typically ship within 24 hours. Occasionally, usually during the fire season, this is not possible, and your order will ship within 48 hours. If your order is not in stock or custom please allow 3 to 4 weeks for manufacture and delivery.
Ruffian Specialties is committed to providing quality products, support and a customer service policy that is second-to-none. If a product does not meet your expectations, simply contact Ruffian Specialties and request a Return Goods Authorization. You can reach Ruffian at 951-487-0909.
Returned products must be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date. Ruffian will credit your original method of payment, excluding any shipping charges unless a different policy exists on the product page.
Custom manufactured or specialty modified items are not returnable or refundable.
Used or customer damaged items will not be accepted as returns.
Returns may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be determined at the time the Return Authorization is given.
