MATERIALS WE USE

We use in our Wildland Fire Gear 1000 denier Nylon Cordura or 10650 Ballistic Nylon.  Some of the equipment bags are lined with heavy Vinyl coated Nylon.  All main zipper compartments have heavy #10 YKK Zipper and the pockets have #8 YKK Zipper, with double zipper pulls on the larger compartments for better ease into the compartment.  We use heavy Delrin hardware. And all seams are double stitched and all stress points are reinforced.

Our Custom Canvas Products are made of either #8 or #10 Cotton Duck and some of the accessory items are made of a 10 ounce cotton duck.  All the bags and the tool rolls have 3 ounce suede trim and bottoms.
